Contract Manufacturing
GeoTec offers manufacturing services on an OEM basis, providing total device development services from conception of the design through development, and of course, manufacturing and packaging. Our quality system is ISO Certified to ISO 13485-2003 and compliant to FDA 21CFR820. Customer specifications are documented precisely and instruments are developed accordingly.

Sterilization Services
The two most common methods of sterilization provided by GeoTec are Ethyleneoxide Sterilization and Gamma Sterilization. Both forms are equally effective but are not interchangeable. GeoTec informs customers and provides the necessary insight to determine the appropriate method needed. Customers are also guided through the process of sterilization validation and the associated testing required by regulatory agencies.
Testing Services
The process of package testing is essential to support claims, with scientific data, of sterility and expiration date. GeoTec furnishes documented accelerated aging and package integrity testing.
Lens Testing: GeoTec also has the capacity to test small diameter lenses (7.5 mm or less). We test for back focal length, front focal length and centration.
Custom Testing: Custom testing is available upon request.
Custom Packaging
GeoTec provides private label packaging services for all instruments manufactured using industry accepted techniques. Every packaging run is tested in real time and meticulously documented so the integrity of your packaged product will never be in doubt. The medical device community demands, and GeoTec provides, a validated sterile barrier that meets all International Standards as defined in ISO. Many customers require product packaging only, a service GeoTec gladly offers.

Imaging Optics Light Delivery Systems
Providing expertise and assembly in imaging optics and light delivery systems, GeoTec’s optics are available in two forms: Rigid endoscopes, and flexible endoscopes. Rigid endoscopes feature rod lens systems and flexible endoscopes feature small diameter fuse coherent image bundles. Video microscopes complete our line of imaging systems.
